Third, I added an element I like to refer to as “whispies.” These are florals which act along the lines as babies breath in real floral arrangements. They add an airy touch to the arrangement, and also work as a filler.
Finally, for that unexpected touch. If you were able to read my latest blog post about my love of Rosemary, I mentioned that I love to add sprigs of this herb to my floral arrangements (both faux and real). Not only do I love the textural quality, but you just can’t beat the aroma it exudes. I added about 5-6 long stems.
I have a corner of my kitchen that gets changed as my whims change. I am rather embarrassed to say it is looking rather dull and drab. I love the small, green Frenchy lamp I found at a thrift store for $5. I think this is the perfect corner for my new Rooster Arrangement.
Thanks for letting me share this fun project. I am joining in at:

I’m not a rooster fan. Not sure if I own a single one, but I do love your pitcher.

There sure are days when I want to de-roosterize MY kitchen and I don’t mean ceramics, either! My rooster is safe, I guess, as long as I have inspiring blogs like yours to read. Love the end result of your project.
