Jolly Saint Nick is in the house!
This year, he graces the Breakfast Room.
I think he likes being the center of attention at breakfast time.
This area of our home is decorated a bit differently than past years.
It’s more colorful. More whimsical. More fun.
I think I decorated this space for our Grandloves
because they love this area. That makes me happy,
because that is why I work so hard – to see them smile.
So I present to you – a
Breakfast Room Christmas Vignette
I am happy to be part of another great Christmas Tour.
The Welcome Home Christmas Tour is hosted by
Robin with All Things Heart and Home.
Please visit until the end, I will share all of the
amazing participants.
The star of this vignette is Ole’ Saint Nick himself…
His kind face is a joy to look upon while we’re having our
morning coffee. At the base of the painting, I layered
greenery with white lights, candles, white bottle-brush
trees and shiny baubles.
Last year at an after-Christmas sale, I found this
darling sweater-ball garland and I fell in love
with it.
I knew it was the perfect way to add a touch of blue (from my
painted cabinets) but also the punch of red I love to
use at Christmastime. I also found these sweater
covered trees which I used on the other side of the
breakfast room.
Click HERE to see this vignette which includes an easy
DIY Pinecone and Candle Tray.
I started by filling the metal three-tiered stand
with greenery, pinecones and lots of splashes of color.
I used a blue sparkly Joy ornament and a Mason Jar
filled with shiny red and silver balls…
I also used a pretty, blue Peace ornament along with mini
Mason Jars filled with peppermint sticks…
The grandbabies helped me decorate the tree.
Red, blue, white and “snow” filled ornaments.
I used a vintage Bread Box as the tree’s base.
And a vintage red, wire basket holds a display of Winter paraphernalia.

Don’t you just love that mini 10×10 Burlap Santa pillow?
I paid only $9.95 and you can purchase on here.
And you know I just had to make a fabulous bow as a topper.
All in all, I am so in love with this vignette. I love it’s cheerfulness
and just how bright it looks.
Maybe that is why Santa has such a sweet smile on his face. 🙂
Thank you for letting me share my Breakfast Room
Santa Vignette with you.
xxoo, Barb
