Chicken Soup for the Soul and the Heart and the Bones and the Nerves –
…well, you get the hint.
I am back! No, I have not been pouting and crying all this time
(well, not most of the time anyway).
I intended to make a blog entry yesterday but my blasted paying job interferred.
(the nerve!)
I am working on my Easter Tablescape for tomorrow’s
Tablescape Tuesday hosted by our sweet Susan at
Make sure you stop in after 9pm tonight or tomorrow to see my
Formal Easter Table, as well as, all the other wonderful Tablescape posts.
In case your wondering, the baby and the kids made it home fine.
In fact, my son Blake called and said I had been replaced by a puppy!
They went to the pound and rescued a puppy…and Blake said he is not sure
who is rougher with who. They wrestle and run….and take naps together.
I have been promised pictures.
So…the ole’ saying about Hope Springs Eternal is so true. I am at peace.
(and glad I don’t have the puppy!)
Thanks for all your kind words and thoughts, my friends. See ya’ tomorrow….

It’s good to hear you’re hanging in there! Puppies are amazing little angel babies who can make anyone have a big smile on their face & giggle at their antics! I can hardly wait to see those pictures!
Awesome bowl of soup too! You’re so clever! ☺ Diane

Welcome back. I became grandmother to a granddog this week as well. I’m like you. I’m glad he’s not mine.
