Comment on Why I Chose a Word of the Year by Judy Becker.
So sorry to hear about your depression. Some blood pressure meds cause depression in “people who are susceptible”. I have to take blood pressure medicine that has a side effect of depression
(in some people). So my doctor put me on a mild antidepressant and I’ve never felt better, and I’m not young–I’m a senior citizen. I hope you have a great doctor who is willing to work with you to get to the root of your depression. It’s possibly something other than overwork. I’m not a doctor, but I do believe having the right one (your gut instinct will tell you) can make all the difference in the world.
Good bless you–LOVE your blog. 🙂
