I would also use my pulled pork recipe. I use a simple one. One pork loin covered in sauerkraut…I would adapt it for a pressure cooker instead of the slow cooker. My New Bern NC born and raised hubby loves it!!! Of course he has his own, much in demand by friends and family, home made BBQ sauce
