Hi Barb…
Just read your sweet note that you left in my kitchen…thank you, Darlin’…for all of your sweet compliments!
Girl…I just love that pretty rooster chandy!!! And…I love what you’ve done to it!!! I think that covering the metal shades with the linen was a great idea…it does soften the look! Ooooh…and I love the pretty red fringe that you added to the shades…I would definitely leave it! After looking at your fabulous breakfast nook photo…I think your additions to the chandy are just perfect!!! By the way, I have just fallen in love with you breakfast nook…it’s everything that I love!!! What beautiful furniture pieces you have! The red drapes are gorgeous…they look like toile? I was really admiring your pretty floral arrangement on the table too…so beautiful!!! And…ohhh my, all of that red transferware collection…well, just wished you could hear all of the Ooohing and Aaahing over here at my place right now!!! Ohh yes…I think your newly decorated chandy is just perfect in this beautiful room! Love those initials too!!!
Have a marvelous Monday, Sweetie!

Yikes – this is the first time I’ve participated in anything like this… hope I did it right. Thanks so much!
Met Monday!
Barb , really like the added touches to the shades, did something for it! Like the fixture but it added some pop to it.
Nice job, but then I like what you do at your place, always nice!

Barb, what a wonderful trip, that palace I unbelievable and the gardens amazing. I have several family members that go there year after year for vacation and they never tire of what it has to offer. They are also huge history buffs!

Looks like a lot of fun, Barb! I’ve never toured there, just visited. I would love to go if I could get my homebody family away from the beach!

Barb I love the picture of you and your honey, great picture of both of you. Oh how I want to go back, you did a fabulous job showing us Williamsburg. The Rockefeller kitchen cupboards reminded me of my color in the kitchen, and oh how I want that sink and stove. I am a throw back of the 1930s I guess. Loved my guided tour with you,
