thanks Barb, I believe if it is heated enough to kill bacteria, it would work….I’m going to try it and will let you know how it works out. Sounds like an excellent recipe and I will be going to the market this week. I have some great bacon from a friend who processes their own pigs, so I’m expecting and excellent jam!
