“The Scoop Link Party #116”
I just got back from a fabulous Thrifting and Junking trip
to Georgia with my friends and fellow bloggers
Suzy at Worthing Court
and Debbie at Confessions of a Plate Addict.
FUN is an understatement.
We laughed, shopped, ate, ate some more, shopped some
more – and laughed throughout it all.
Deb took us to one of her favorite breakfast
places. She took me there last Fall and I knew
that we just had to take Suzy.
We had these mouthwatering “Biscuit Beignets with
Orange Marmalade” and oh my!
I can’t wait to make them for my family this week and
share the recipe with you.
I’ll also give you a little sneak-peek at the goodies I scored.
🙂
Until then…I look forward to seeing what you are sharing
with ME this week at The Scoop Link Party.

Hi, everyone! Thanks so much for joining us each week!
After all, it wouldn’t be a party without the guests!
Last week was a fun week for us here at The Scoop as we
hosted our very first tablescape tour for spring!
I finally put together a tablescape that has been cooking
in my brain for a long time…in blue and white, of course!
You can see it and more inspiration for spring from some
very talented bloggers here.
And I was excited because our monthly Country French
Design Group shared some ideas for creating
collections with a French feel. My collection is not quite
what you think! You can see it here.
And now, before we start this week’s party, I want to share
a few of the posts from last week that caught my eye!
Isn’t this a great idea? Finding Home showed us how to
Upolster a Chair with Oilcloth. Fabulous looking
and waterproof…the perfect combination!
The Turquoise Home shared her
Tutorial for Adding Board and Batten…
something that has been on my mind for my own home!
