I just got home about an hour ago and have been catching up on baby kisses and hugs. I am doing great! I am sore and have about a thousand bruises from IV’s and taking blood. They made five attempts to get my IV in the other day – ouch! I have really deep veins. The older corpsman said I had “Vietnam Veins.” I was in too much pain to ask him what that was but it didn’t sound good. LOL
I am just happy to be home. I will need a few days to build my strength back up, but otherwise there is no pain. Also, Bill is very glad that he does not have to “blog” for me anymore. I told him he should start a blog for husbands who have sick wives and have to maintain their blogs. I don’t think he will. 🙂
Thank you dear, dear friends for all your thoughts and prayers and support. It’s been a rough 2 weeks. (I feel like its been more like 2 months) But I am anxious to jump back into blogland, start some light Christmas decorating, and get back to life. Your kind posts and words will never be forgotten.
Sincerely,
Barb

Welcome Home Barb! We surely missed you around here, it sounds like your sense of humor is still intact, even if your kidneys aren’t lol. Your DH is a wonderful person to keep your blogging friends up to date, but I’m sure he’s glad to relinquish those reins. Take it easy and soak up those Cole kisses and hugs, that is the best medicine in the world. Again, so glad you’re home, have a wonderful evening, hugs, Kathy
