Sorry to say, but I’m a Nay. I do have a small Wusthof block on my counter that holds 3 knives & a scissors. I downsized from the large block. And then I put all of my knives in dividers in a drawer. Not the pretty wooden one above, just stainless steel drawer baskets. I’m trying to de-clutter my countertops. (For me, the knives hanging on the wall is too horror-movie-ish…but that’s just my very small, and quite insignificant, opionion.)

Hi! A definite nay for me, especially in a farmhouse kitchen. Besides–it’s scary looking.
By the way, I just discovered your blog and I am now addicted. I have been poking around it for about an hour!! An hour!! It is just lovely and your house is soooooo beautiful.

I just discovered your blog, I am happy I did. i would have to say NAY, too scary looking. I do like the knife holders you pictured, but don’t have enough counter space for those either.

Colonial Williamsburg {a step back in time}
Barb, what a wonderful trip, that palace I unbelievable and the gardens amazing. I have several family members that go there year after year for vacation and they never tire of what it has to offer. They are also huge history buffs!

Looks like a lot of fun, Barb! I’ve never toured there, just visited. I would love to go if I could get my homebody family away from the beach!

Barb I love the picture of you and your honey, great picture of both of you. Oh how I want to go back, you did a fabulous job showing us Williamsburg. The Rockefeller kitchen cupboards reminded me of my color in the kitchen, and oh how I want that sink and stove. I am a throw back of the 1930s I guess. Loved my guided tour with you,
