This week – I want to share some inspiration pics I took last year at a
tile store we visited. Now I can hear what some of you are
saying – what does “tile” have to do with “walls.” I realize
that when most of us think about tile, the first thing that comes to mind
is flooring. But, I love tiled walls and backsplashes.
I have a love affair with tile.
Which is strange…since I do not a lot of it in my home. But, that
is slowly changing. For instance, I hope to have a designer tile
backsplash in my kitchen soon.
But, the immediate Project du jour is our Master Bathroom.
My husband and I (okay maybe it was mostly me!) decided that
we I could not live with our my horrid Master Bathroom any longer.
So, we are in the early planning stages of our my bathroom remodel.
It will involve removing the current ugly garden tub and tile.
Detailed pics will be shared in a future Met Monday “Before & After”
post, but trust me – it’s butt ugly! We are replacing the tub with a
large walk-in shower which will be completely tiled.
Floor, walls and ceiling….all tile.
This is where the problem lies.
I can’t decide…too many choices. So, I thought I would
share some of these pics with you.
Some are bathrooms designs…some are kitchens designs …
I love a combination of coordinating tiles like seen above.
Okay – back to the tile…..a better view.
I think the maintenance on this bathroom would be easy, but I’m not sure if I would
like not being able to paint/change colors every once in a while.
(Decorating ADD here!)
Oh please! Don’t pretend you aren’t too! 🙂
I know, I know – not a WALL inspiration pic but I heart this tub!

Barb, so much beautiful inspiration in this post. When we remodeled our house, I remember being overwhelmed by all of the beautiful tile choices. I’d select something for awhile; then I’d see something else, and fall in love with that! With your style, I know your bathroom will be beautiful, and I can’t wait to see it. laurie

I could never make up my mind with so many choices. That is probably why I don’t do anything. I have a commitment phobia. Good luck in your decision making.
