Santa has arrived.
Well, kinda.
But, he’s currently occupied.
In a jar.
😀
It’s Monday and that means
Mason Jar Monday here at The Everyday Home.
I am also taking part in a fabulous blog hop with several
other ladies which I will share below, but for now
I want to show you my
Believe Santa Mason Jar.
I have a cute story.
I was putting this together on my kitchen island
when The Hubbs came in and asked what I was “canning.”
(He saw my box of Mason Jars were out.)
He barely glanced as he was getting something to drink.
I replied, smiling… ” something yummy for dinner.”
He finally looked over and asked…”are you gonna serve
a salad with that?”
😀
This was so easy to put together it
really is a stretch to call it a “project.”
I think it took all of 10 minutes.
Twelve minutes if you include making the cute little tag.
*(affiliate link)
I used a tiny *snowflake stamp in red.
(I stamped most of the ink off so it was a barely there impression.)
I bought this cute little stamp for 50% off at
Hobby Lobby.
Then, I used my “Believe” stamp in black.
*( bought last year at Hobby Lobby)
My favorite thing about this project is that,
other than the little snowflake stamp, I already
had everything.
(1) Large Quart-size Mason Jar
*(you could even recycle a large spaghetti sauce jar, etc)
(1) Santa Ornament (1) Bottle-brush Tree
(opt) Small packages Package of Artificial Snow
Asst Ribbons Gift Tag Stamps/Ink
If you don’t have a Santa ornament, you
could create a woodlands scene with a bird or a
small deer ornament, for example.
Lots of options.
I do have another small “funny” for you.
I didn’t notice it until I was editing the pictures.
Look at poor Santa…
Look at his face?
What do you think it looks like he is thinking?
😀
