Really enjoying visiting your blog. Just went over to see your Homemade Cornbread Mix recipe after copying down the meatloaf recipe from your Mama and grandmother. I’ve always kept Jiffy corn muffin mix on hand to make muffins. Now I’m going to save some money and still be able to have easy, fragrant, sweet, golden corn muffins (or cornbread!) whenever. Thanks! (Now I have just one problem… what to look at NEXT at everdayhomeblog.)

Barb, you must have been reading my mind. We haven’t had meatloaf in ages, so, I just bought some nice, grass-fed ground chuck and some ground pork to make one. But since I don’t have a go-to recipe, finding your posting is pure SERENDIPITY. Slices of satisfying, sauce-topped comfort is gonna be making some happy mouths around here!
