Comment on IKEA Farmhouse Sink by Barb.
Doreen – the brick backsplash that we had was faux. π We used the 4×8 sheets of faux brick paneling from Lowes, hence why I painted it. We removed that and replaced it with beadboard, only because I wanted something new. I think painting it would be beautiful. Decisions, decisions. Never ending. π xxoo

No I got my faucet from Lowe’s, there’s was cheaper. I have had no issues.
IKEA Farmhouse Sink
Hi Michelle – I will say my sink has some minor scratches in it, but its more because I am probably not as careful as I should be. π I cook a LOT. I also have been canning and preserving a lot this summer with my big canning pot, so that hasn’t helped. But, it’s not awful. I still love this sink. π Hope this helps. ~Barb

Hi Suzanne – we had to drive 12 hours round trip to our nearest IKEA but we made a weekend of it. π The knobs came from Hobby Lobby. Thanks for stopping by. ~Barb

Why I Chose a Word of the Year
Hi Jane – yes we do need to take care of ourselves. I am an independent type and do not like others taking care of me. Health is so, so important in our everday being. Wishing you and yours a Happy and Healthy 2018. xxoo
