Good for you for being the smart woman you are and reaching out when you knew something was wrong! I hear you! Getting older is tough when you want to get so many things done….I have some anxiety…told it was from my type A personality! I read a book, Boundaries…very insightful on saying no! Have only followed you a short time but look forward to everything you have to say!
