#9: Create a Hanging Garden as a Feature Wall
Isn’t this a great idea to add some growing space
and possibly even cover up an unsightly wall?
You could also use this idea to create a privacy screen.
Using basic 1×1’s which have been stained,
and cute galvanized buckets which
can be purchased inexpensively at any garden store…
you can create any size garden wall you desire.
Fill the buckets with flowers or veggies or
even herbs!

Well. First of all, I see you are in eastern NC. I am originally from the country, about 50 miles east of Greenville, near Washington. I am also in the process of updating my deck and having a new one built. So, we have a lot in common!

We love Washington and when we were trying to decide where to retire twelve years ago, we actually looked at one of the historical homes on the water. Our best friends live in Williamston so we travel thru there often. Small world, huh? 🙂
