What a great idea to simplify by using pumpkin puree instead of starting with a pumpkin! I’ve only made pumpkin butter starting with a pumpkin, and I have to say, it wasn’t so easy. (Although it was also my first time working with pumpkin, and I’m pretty sure I had no idea what I was doing.) ๐
