I am so excited that Easter is just around the corner. I need to make a shopping trip out to get the remainder of my three babies’ Easter Basket goodies but other than that, The Everyday Home is ready and waiting for Easter. I didn’t do too much Spring decorating this year, just a few small touches here and there. The weekend of Easter, I will go out into our yard and gather armloads of branches and add some fresh tulips to white pitchers. Simple and easy! I did craft this cute Bunny Art though, and wanted to share how easy it was.

I found these pastel colored shadow box frames on sale at Michael’s and picked up one. I had the perfect project in mind, so I headed over to the scrapbook section for a sheet of spring-inspired paper.
I chose a fun floral pattern and only needed one sheet. Once home, I searched for a bunny silhouette I liked. I am sharing this 8×8 Bunny Silhouette below. You will have to resize it on your printer, as needed.

I used the silhouette to cut out a bunny shape on the floral scrap paper. Next, I decided to add a fun background behind the cut-out floral bunny, and I love vintage book pages. So I covered the back of the shadowbox frame with scraps of bookpage.
My pages were not wide enough to cover the entire width, so I added three rows of pages and then glued on some tiny green ric-rac.
Next, I attached my floral bunny cut-out and finally added a cute fabric rose “tail.”
This project took me maybe 20-minutes to complete, and look how cute it is sitting in my breakfast room.
It’s small touches like this that don’t take a lot of time to complete nor cost a lot of money which I love. You could choose any scrapbook paper you wanted. You could even print out vintage bookpage patterns if you didn’t want to use old books.
I think it would be cute to carry this same bunny pattern onto your table. I used bookpage to create this Bunny on a Stick, but you could use the same idea and instead use colorful scrapbook papers.
How would you change up this Bunny Art for your own projects? Do you use a lot of scrapbook pages in your crafts? I would love to hear your ideas below.
Thanks for letting me share….

This is such a sweet project. I love the flower tail, how clever! But then if you’re creative enough to write that fabulous book you’ve been sharing with us this project is just a little diversion. I’m off to Michael’s for a frame!!
