Thanks for all your infor & pictures. You invest a lot of time in your blog & it is appreciated – between antiques, recipes, decorating, & your story – all so good! I would like to see what this pressure cooker could do, I am used to cooking pork in a slow cooker & using a tomato based sauce instead of a vinegar based sauce – very interesting! Thanks.

I have made pork & beans with a bourbon when I forgot to bring catsup on a camping trip. They all liked it. I would like to try pulled pork 1st & then lots of different recipies. I have friends that pre-cook ribs in a pressure cooker before they put the ribs on the grill.
