In my traditional —-now transitional and very eclectic home —- I only added shiplap to the back of a bookcase that is located in the main floor powder room. I proudly share this so that you will know that despite my traditional roots, I’m still totally hip…. LOL.. As for your plans, always go with what YOU like because —as with all trendy decor —there are pros and cons to adding shiplap.
