You’re probably wondering by now if I ever prepare my
desserts in any other pan.
The answer is: not if I can help it. 🙂
The result of dishes cooked in this pan results in
a perfectly cooked center and a slightly, crispy edge.
Here in the South…it ain’t dessert without pecans.
Macadamias are good, too!

What is this? I could spend all night talking about
the pleasures of licking a bowl clean.
But – back to the dish….
Simply bake the blueberry bread until it passes
the “clean test.”
I use the oven setting as recommended on
the box. While its baking – you can make the “gravy” –
known in other parts of the country as “sauce.”
I used a 2:1 ratio of whipped topping and sour cream.
The sour cream creates a perfect tangy sensation that
combines harmoniously with the orange flavor.
I used about 1 cup topping and 1/2 cup sour cream.
I also used orange juice. This is about 4 tablespoons.
I have shared this baking secret before, but I love to add
Liquid Coffee Creamers to baked goods and sauces to add
an easy punch of flavor.
Add the juice, then just enough of the creamer to get
the consistency desired.
Can you smell it?
